How to beat Persephone on Chains of Olympus

I cant seem to beat Persephone on the ending of Chains of Olympus.. Shes keep on regaining her health every time she falls after i attck her using the shield to deflect the attack back at her it seems so endless she just keep on regaining health any tip guys??

When Persephone is on the recovery mode use your shield in the center where the light is located there do your best to defeat her because there is a big chance she can repel and regain successfully. Timing is everything. Keep sharp because the keys (Either Triangle, Square, X and O) appears quickly.
