I drink lot of coffee daily. I used to have 7 cups of coffee daily. My friends and parents have advised me to reduce the no of coffee being consumed. They prefer tea rather than coffee. Is consuming large quantity of coffee is bad for health? Is tea better than coffee as advised?

It depends on the coffee though. There are products that have decaffeinated in it. Which means the coffee doesn't have caffeine in it so its pretty healthy to drink. But what would you prefer? Tea or coffee? For me i choose decaffeinated coffee. Just my 2 cents.

I think tea is better than coffee. If I am right a cup of tea contains less caffeine ( referred to as theine in tea but it's actually caffeine) than a cup of coffee. My mum has undergone one acupuncture treatment a few days ago and hasn't smoked and drunk coffee for a few days now. Next week she'll have her next treatment, maybe you can visit a acupuncturist and ask what he/she can do for you.
