In my home country learner drivers have to pass a theory test and a hazard perception test. Then they have a pass a practical driving test which is easy to fail. On the test the learner has to perform very well doing things like drive well and do reverse movements. It will be two out of: a turn in the road, reverse around a corner, reverse into a car parking space and a parallel park. It at anytime there is a serious or dangerous fault the learner driver on test will fail. If a leaner driver fails there is often a ten to sixteen week wait until the next available test date. I finally pasted my practical driving test this year. I am a very careful and sensible driver. I drive my car in a responsible manner. The best way to drive is look carefully , obey road rules and act in a safe way towards other road users.

this is actually a great problem in our country. the standard procedure is to give a driving test to procure a license but generally lots of people get license without going into these tedious tasks and in the long run leads to accidents..

well according to the atats, majority of accidents happens on highways at night. so better be careful next time you ride. and choose your vehicle with maximum security features like air bags and ABS etc.

I also hate those people who drive rashly and not controlled when need but I always controlled my driving whenever need. My driving is also fast but not rash and I pay full attention on driving and controlled my vehicle whenever need.

Oh man I cannot stand it when people think they own the road and cut in front of people. Thats how wrecks happen! I get mad when i drive but i contain it in my car by yelling at them LOL. But i just cannot understand how people can ride on someones tailend and flash their brights because they are mad that you are doing the speed limit. Thats ridiculous and your friends are probley people i yell at. Now when someone rides my butt i tend to slow down to about 10-20 miles under the speed limit so they will pass me so if i have to stop on a dime i wont get rearended!

yes we have to careful not in the way we are driving but also how other is driving o the road also. whomsoever mistake it be, irresponsible driving leads to fatal accidents.
irresponsible driving is far different from fast driving.....i hope you agree

Hi friend, sad to hear about your friends, surely they must change their activities and follow the rules and regulations while driving to avoid a lot of unwanted issues. Don't change your driving activities for them,. change them in a good way
