Zipcash India issues

Hi my lotters , i got Rs200 recharged on my zipcash account by thepanelstation surveys but when i tried to do a mobile topup from zipcash on my vodafone mobile number , my number was not recharged , although my zipcash balance was not deducted. But i know think that i have wasted my Rs200 earned by doing surveys by keeping it in zipcash account. I wanted to know have anyone used zipcash and faced this type of issues.

I was able to do mobile topup after i tried for a bigger amount like rs50. When i was trying to recharge with rs10 than i was getting the problem
