Now I'm in big big prblm with Odesk!!

It's a memorable day for me!!! First time today I hired on a project in odesk. The project is very simple, it is creating some backlinks for the buyer. It is very easy for me, as I do it before using Angela and Paul packages. But I face a problem with my new project. The buyer don't provide any website list where I can create backlinks for him and he said "I want the links to be on relevant(photography) sites or mix of sites. good PR sites." He need 400 backlinks. So how can I found that 400 good PR sites? It's seems to be impossible for me. Actually I don't know how to find high PR sites. So what can do now? Please help me friends!!
