Well I've heard that regular shampoo have sodium chloride and are harsh on the hair and since than I changed to baby shampoo but does anyone have a better remedy? does regular shampoo's( such as head and shoulders etc) break up the hair follicles? I know that guys won't be concerned as girls but the way I see is guys to should be sometimes concerned with things that harm them, does baby shampoo have the same or any chemicals at all?

The chemicals in the baby shampoos are not as harsh as they are in the regular shampoo.

Yah that's the answer that probably made me turn to it and that probably will not affect the breakdown of the hair either unlike regular

Baby shampoo is very sensitive and the only shampoo i have found out there that doesn't sting your eyes when you get in them, but its made for babies and young children because it has no chemicals in it that can harm childrens sensitive skin and hair. Its not very effective on adults hair though so thats why we use adult shampoo. I myself generally use certain shampoo and tend to stick to those brands and types too.
