I would like to know if you agree or disagree with have Jerry Rice ranked as the best player in NFL history?

I would rank Jerry Rice not the best player in NFL history! As a reciever yes! Jerry Rice is the best reciver of all time! No one has come close to him! I would not rank anyone individually at the top. I would by position! At QB it would be Dan Marino for example! That is the way I would do it!

Yeah it is hard to pick just one as the greatest because there are so many greats and the game has changed so much since the beginning. I think doing it by position would be a great idea.

You really hate favre don't you? He has every stat and a superbowl! Marino never won a superbowl. By category would be best but it would be impossible to make everyone happy.

I would have to disagree. He was one of the best, but not the best. It would need to include all around statistics and not just receiving. It's not like they would show love to the defense.
