help needed setting up nice mylot profile

hello there everyone
i have seen some very nice looking profiles here on mylot and i was wondering how to change mine around so that i can add banners and referral links and also how to make my profile look alot nicer in general thanks

Awh yes he unbeknown to others can be a bit blunt and direct at times. However he is a sweet friendly and helpful guy one that I am sure you too are happy with. HA! 
I know I am a happy when I read your oops I mean his discussions, as if people would not take it too personal and take the direct side out of the equation they too will find that all he is trying to do is help.
