What do you do when you are depressed?

Once in a while we feel depressed because each of has has burdens to carry and sometimes we feel it is too much. When times like this come, you feel depressed, what would you do? Thanks for wanting to share!

The depression is not in my nature, if I have to be harnest.But like the most people,sometimes also have that kind of feelings.In that cases I prefer not being alone.I go somewhere with my friend-for cup of coffe,walking around or doing something fun.Just not being alone.And after this I feel much better...

I just have to cry it out for a day or two, release it to someone i trust very much and after that, i just ignore the feeling. I pray a lot and i look for some outlet not to remember the cause of depression. One time, my outlet was i looked for a job. then the next time that i had a problem, i really make myself busy by reading books and praying. God helps depressed people by His promise that He will never leave us nor forsake us. Have a good day!

When i'm depressed i just think of things that makes me happy like butterflies, beach, girls at the beach wearing almost nothing, etc. Those thoughts make me smile almost instantaneously.

There is no real way to get through it for me my friend but what I try to do is keep myself busy as I notice that when I am not doing anything I tend to think too much. There are may times that although I am busy I still want to curl up and cry but I think to myself my objectives and goal and muddle through the feelings with hope that the next day will be better.

When I feel really sad, I usually listen to music on full blast. I sing along with it until I get tired. Then I sleep. If this still doesn't work, I call my friends and talk to them about my problem. My friends have this way of making me forget my problems or at least I can cry to them when it becomes unbearable. I also sometimes go out and exercise. This might seem weird for some, but jogging and hitting the gym makes me feel lighter inside. I guess it releases my stress and frustrations. Eating chocolates also helps. I think it is because of the endorphins.

During this situation every human will cry it is nature.Even during this situation we stay with our friends it will make us feel good.Really that's friendship when we cry our true friend will also cry and he will try to make us happy.......
