Do people on the paybox.me shop actually send the items?

I was looking at the paybox.me shop and it seems like no one would actually send the items they are selling. Seeing as the site says that they have no customer service,so even if you got scammed you couldn't get a refund. I was wondering if any1 had any expierience with the shop.
