Plan for a day

In our daily living, we are in the rush all the while. Without a proper plan in mind, I shall spend more times in resolving all of my outstanding matters. Everyday, I shall make myself free for 10 minutes in the early morning. Within the 10 minutes, I shall list out the places I have to visit and the matters that I have to resolve within that day. By doing so, I found out I had done more works within a particular period. For instance, I were clear of what I wanted to do at the same place I visited. I would save my time and the traveling expenses. Have any of you planned for your daily works ? Or you just do whatever come across your mind within a day?

Actually I started last week, since I am going to be out of town for 1 1/2 months and not able to do as much as I normally do I am sort of over extending myself and doing some contracting work before I go. Payments will flow in during mid December so I figure this will make up for what I normally do online. So I have been scheduling a great deal of assignments all last week and for the next 2 weeks. So I have been a busy bee trying not to forget all that is involved with the assignments as I have been scheduling 2 -4 per day with many companies. The assignments won't be confusing, but the reports I have to turn in are for many differenet companies and that can be. So I am like so organizing daily listing all involved and reviewing like twice a day. It makes a really big difference.

Hey teacher, Thank you so much to hear the response from you. In Malaysia, the system for those who are teaching is a bit busy. Everyday, they must prepare, plan and record their teaching program. This system is just to ensure that they are not lazying, they are delivery the right contents to their students. ha! ha! ha! The government of Malaysia has just highly adjusted the teachers' pay.

In my daily work, I have to resolve many matters. For instance, I met the prospective tenants to rent my properties. At the same time, I have to clear my maintenance fees, assessment and other bills for the same properties at the same district too. If I missed one of the item above, then I have to return the same place in the next day to do it. ha! ha! ha! It is better for me to write down whatever I should do at the beginning of the day.

That is what we should do when for everyday life. At least we plan ahead what we are going to do for the day, and do not need to think what to do and where to do or where to go. Planning ahead will always make your day better!

Sometimes I realized missing certain thing only after I returned home. Then I had to visit that place again in the next day. Yeah, planning ahead is a good habit for us.
