What you are taking CARE about your HEALTH?

I used to have small exercise which may includes gardening sometimes in the morning and evening.When it comes to food-fresh fruit [Any] a day,food prepared with fresh vegetables and a cup of milk everyday.

I start the day with stretching and warm up exercise which lasts for ten minutes.Later i either take a walk for about 45 minutes or do the cycle and treadmill.I eat fruits egg or oats for breakfast.I eat vegetables at meal time.I make it a point to eat fruits before dinner.This is something i do to maintain health.
