How do you make Taco rice more exciting?

I have some very plain "Taco rice" (I thin it is essentially Spanish/ Mexican rice ) and I wanted to fill it out a bit. Have you ever tried "taco rice"? How would you fill it out? Do you eat it plain and if so do you add anything to it?

what do you mean? Taco rice or Taco with rice, i prefer Taco with chili a lot of chili (salsa).

As in, a type of rice. I don't mess up my tacos with rice lol. If I have tacos, forget rice, tacos are AWESOME!

I have never heard it called taco rice. Only Spanish rice. I often add onions or peppers to it when I make it and it is very good. It is always a side, so I don't care if it is fancied up.

I add small pieces of bell peppers in different colors to it, and also some onion (fried). These things go really well with rice!
