50 First Dates Philippine Movie Remake

It may have some similarities... But in 50 first dates the girl always forgets everything after one day. But in My Amnesia Girl, maybe she forgot everything after a few months.. If it was a remake, I'm still gonna watch it, the trailer is just so funny and cute.

I love the movie 50 first dates but I haven't seen the movie My Amnesia Girl yet. Drew Barrymore from 50 first dates was suffering a short term memory loss making her to remember things only within the day. Based on the title of My Amnesia Girl, if Toni Gonzaga would be suffering from amnesia, I can't imagine how it could be the same with the movie 50 first dates because the level of things they forget was way too different. I'll just leave it to the writers, I could actually be like a remake or probably not at all. Before I could say that or decide about it, I really have to watch this My Amnesia Girl movie first. Thanks for sharing about the movie, I would definitely watch this one because I enjoy movies of Toni Gonzaga and John Lloyd Cruz as well. -)

Sorry to discriminate the Filipino talents but i would probably be against it. Because not to take the movie industry down, but i guess the local will only complicate it. They are not good it remaking it. The original is good and redoing it is a critical work. they have to surpass the best..

No, I don't think it is a remake of it. You see Toni Gonzaga who portrayed the girl on the movie don't have an amnesia. She pretended to have one just to avoid the man who left her at the altar. Anyway, both two movies are cute. I like them both but I just love 50 First Dates. It's a movie I can watch over and over again and when I do it feels just like the first time.

I have not seen My amnesia girl but I have seen 50 first dates which is one of my favorite movies. Based on what I have heard from people who managed to see the movie, My amnesia girl, they said it is not the same with 50 first dates.

no i dont think so. my amnesia girl has a different plot because toni's character there was only pretending to be losing her memory of john lloyd's character. 50 first dates talks about a real amnesia, she couldn't remember events after her horrific accident. but both films were entertaining, that's what matters.

I'd watched the "My amnesia girl" last night but i haven't watch the 50 first date so i couldn't compare what's the differences or similarities.. but one thing is for sure... toni gonzaga didn't have an amnesia... it was just an alibi that she make up when she cross her path again with john lloyd who happens to be her ex-boyfriend...

Well, I really don't watch local movies because they are too cheesy with cheesy lines.
