Usually if the person received promotion in his/her job of work constant feeling of happiness, joyous action, treat to his/her friends and family, his/her face would be glomming, sometime over-reacting because of joy.. But how about if instead of promotion, you receive demotion from your job. What is your re-action? Some people if they are in such situation, murmuring, fighting back, sad, and over re-acting which affect character, family and officemate. So do you experience such situation? Share with us... Thank God since I start warking never received demotion instead additional work and promotion as well... see you around

A person who gets demoted will naturally lose his self-worth. It's demeaning and it can destroy a person's self-esteem. Not a lot of people can get over being demoted. Most of them will lose the drive to work and won't be motivated at all. It's quite depressing but somehow people will learn to deal with it.

I also thank God for i've never been demoted hehe but if that happens, i guess there is a valid reason why it happens. First thing, as employee, we have the right to react if those happens. It should be justified. If it will be my fault, i'll just have to face the truth and accept the reality that i am demoted.
