things you can repair at home / myLot

Some of us can repair simple things that need to be repair at home. In our home my brother can repair faucet once it's thread got loose or it has some leaks. He can also repair electric fan and all other simple things that need to be fixed. I just observed most men if not all can do that simple things, they don't anymore need to call assistant from a technician or other person who has expertise on that matter. How about you what are simple things you can repair at your home and you don't need to call assistance from someone? How?

My sister and I were having this discussion just the other day! Luckily my husband is very good at repair, as is her ex husband....and both men have taught our children how to repair also. A man who has no experience with repairing needs to learn, otherwise, I just have no respect for him!

Well, I love doing small repairs at home..and so have kept all possible small tools at home..to repair Electrical Faults or even some time plumbing work ( though small in nature ) .. And on other time, when I call some technician to fix the problem , I remain with him such that if something like that happen next time, I must be able to handle that... Thanks,

With the aid of information, and the proper tools, I think I could do any little repair at home.
