Does ESP (extra sensuary perception) work?!?

I have a friend who guessed the numbers I as thinking of in my head.... and it really spooked me!! He only guessed two numbers... firstly between 1-4, and 1-10... he got them both! Is that just lucky?!? Or is it psychology..?
Does anyone else know people who claim to have ESP?!?

I don't know if what I have is ESP, but sometimes when I think about a person, all of a sudden I just encounter that person a few minutes later. It doesn't occur that often though but it has happened many times already.
