Jes-extender....is it for real?

I have heard about Jes-extender for quite sometime. I can see from the information available in the internet, it is quite promising. Jes-extender claimed that if we use it for certain amount of time, it really can enlarge the male private part. The problem is the price per set is a little bit expensive. Anybody has any experience using the Jes-extender? Wanna share?
