My Previous graphics card went out on me. It was a GeForce 9500GT which had supported my gaming hobby for three years. So now I'm planning to buy a new and better one, but cheap enough for me around $50-$80. Anyone has any card they can recommend? I'v been considering GeForce 9500 GT but I'm not sure if it can support current gen games.

Well my friend, I would like to know what is your budget because that is the main thing which will decide which one will be best for you. I have done some research and found out that ATI Radeon XFX 5770 HD is one card which fits in my budget and performs well. I have read few reviews and all were talling very good about the card.

I think you should go for the most recent video card from GeForce so that it wouldn't give you problem anytime soon

That's what I would really like to do, but my current budget is only about $80 max.I could bump it up to $150 but then I'd be broke or I could delay buying one until Q2 2011.

I don't know much about graphics cards, but I think you should get the latest one, so you won't have a problem about graphics cards for a long time.
