Please Help- Can't Login to myLot Conventionally

Hi,
I'm a new user as of today. I can't seem to login using the site login, however. My email and password is typed correctly, but I continually get a failed login and when I request to have my password emailed to me it says my account doesn't exist- which it obviously does!
The only way I'm able to login is by going to my email and re-clicking my email confirmation link.
Can anyone diagnose this problem? Or have I forgotten something important?

Welcome to myLot JahKewn. I am wondering are you logging in then getting like a survey first?? You have to elaborate as to what you are getting and maybe we can help further.
As basically once you confirm one time that's it you can log in as normal. Now myLot has a survey first. What I do is go back up to the URL and retype myLot.com and login and that takes the survey away.
You can say skip to the survey, but I prefer not to go through it.
