direct referrals on ptc

I am having hard time finding direct referral for ptc sites,why people don't understand that they have nothing to loose if they join under my referral.they will earn their 100% and i'll also earn 50% of what they earn.so what's the problem? how can i convince them to join under me.

A lot of people may already be a member of your site.. For example, Neobux, it's hard to get referrals there because anyone who earns online knows about Neobux already.
OR maybe you're just trying to convince the wrong people, many people think all online earning is scams and won';t even try.
