WHat is the easiest and best way to convert power point presentation to
a format I can put on youtube?

The easiest method would be to export every slide to individual JPEG files which you can then import in to a video editor such as movie maker for composition and export to a video format for youTube. Alternatively, export the powerpoint presentation to PDF using your favourite PDF exporter. Then, use PDF2SWF to convert the PDF to a flash movie file, keeping vector objects intact.
