Is wine really good for the heart?

I am having some heart palpitations sometime now when I started my graveyard shift at work last year, the best thing I have done to ease the situation was quitting the job last month. I have heard that Wine is good for the heart thus, I am planning to include it on my grocery lists, do you know if this is true? I appreciate your inputs on this, thanks in advance!
