I had an idea that we could follow some diet here and do it all together to support us, and tell us after every day how does it go, how many kcal have you eaten. I really need to lose weight. I need someone to do it with me! then i would be even quite challenging as well. Let join me in it!

I think this sounds like a vey good idea. I myself having been trying to lose weight but don't have the drive or the push to do so. Awhile back I managed to lose alot of weight by simple cutting all my meals in half and doinjg some light work outs I got from a magazine.

I've lost over a 100 lbs three times, there was plenty of pleasure in putting the weight back on each time though, I'm not in denial about that.

The simplest way to lose pounds is to not combine fats and carbs, eat one or the other, the being happy part is far more complex.

haha I hear you on that one. I know I can lose weight but I just felt it was more easier just eating what I wanted instead of always having to watch what I eat. But I really want to be healthy and happy with myself.

perfect, right now i'm currently cutting some fat while maximum muscle retention, it's my 2nd last week of less carbs to zero diet, with ratio of 2:1:1, so my calorie intake right now is 1500 - 1800 and doing HIIT workout is really kill

Hi. Great that you do some work out. I have been planning to go to the gym since october and always something stops me ;/ I think I will go swimming, thats very good way to lose some calories as when you swim actually you move every part of your body. Now im off to work (in a shop full of my favorite Polish candies ), luckily its just temporary 1 week work. See you after work. I'll let you know how it was.

yeah. thats true. We should find some way to discuss it and share experience of the day. For me personally its kind of hard to quite sweets... :( lets do it together!

hello agatita11! welcome to mylot. I eed to lose weight in time for my bestfriends wedding as well. Let us all support each other. A good tip I got here in mylot is not to eat junkfoods, drink a lot of water, eat fruits, exercise and if you are craving for high caloric foods, eat carrot and cucumber sticks instead. So far I havr cut down my calorie intake to 2100 alories per day and I have lost 6 lbs. I hoe to lose more. Happy mylotting!
