How to transfer money into Liberty Reserve account?

Hello mylot friend,I need some help,I worked with "fxtradingworldwide"but i don't know how to transfer money into my Liberty Reserve account,it not same paypal cause paypal can use a credit card visa card but Liberty Reserve cannot do like that, i have to buy money to transfer?how can i buy?and where can i buy?and I'm in Philippines. Please to share idea.
