I've tried though not almost there. I also tried to follow the ingredients but then there is still have the trade secret. My boyfriend told me the accurate ingredients since someone told him as well when that guy have worked in jollibee so he was able to knew the ingredients. Amazingly they are not using tomato sauce but tomato ketchup and tomato paste. However there is a little but tobasco sauce that is why if you notice it there is an after taste of spicy. Monterey is the brand that they are using for ground pork and CDO for the hotdog. For the cheese I don't have any idea but it can be Eden. Some other time I will try it again by using the Tomato sweetblend ketchup hoping that it could be almost there even though it could not be really a 100% like in jollibee. What about you have you ever tried to make it?

You missed something...Add 3 spoonsfull of brown sugar for every mL of tomato ketchup. I tried this and it works perfectly. Don't worry about it getting too sweet because it won't. The meat and sauce will absorb the sweetness and leave a slight sweet taste. Enjoy!

spagetti is easy to cook really as easy as step 1 2 3... as long as u have all the ingredients in right proportions. i always use royal pasta. i put some cornbeef or ground pork and meatsauce into it.. tomato sauce and cheese. sometimes with hotdog bits, then a lil ketchup. yummylicious!!

I am not actually interested to cook spaghetti with meat. But then I can't deny the fact that we are really addicted to the spaghetti of Jollibee.

I cook spaghetti many times with expensive ingredients because the cheap one is really a different taste to the expensive. But still I cant get the exact taste like the Jollibee done. As you said their trade secret is the only way you can cook the same and its not easily shared by outsiders. But why are you going to cook like them where you can cook it on your own way and taste it also in your own taste?

That explains the paste-like look of the sauce in their spaghetti, I often wondered about that. I did not know that there was a difference in taste - that's why my mother scolds when I pick up tomato paste instead of the sauce. We prefer the sauce not the paste here in the house. I am not too fond of their recipe, I don't have that Filipino tastebud.

As for me I would really rather choose to have the tomato paste compare to tomato sauce. Because the tomato paste is more delicious with spice unlike in tomato sauce it is like a plane tomato sauce so I can't feel the spice from it. I've learned that when I am cooking some other ingredients that the tomato paste is an advantage.

Is it okay to ask your mother next time if what are the ingredients that she have used? So that it would be taste like a jollibee spaghetti.

The fact that they have trade secret then it is really hard to make it perfect. In my case I am still hoping that I could get it. I remember my boyfriend told me that the parents of his friend were been a cook for Jollibee. Then my boyfriend have tasted it for many times on the birthday of his friend. The parents told my boyfriend that it has a trade secret that they can never tell to anyone.
