How would paid to write sites handle content being duplicated?

As everybody knows, duplicated content is banned in most paid to write sites. Yet, the huge amount of submitted articles make it simply impossible for a manual check. So, what if my content is copied by the others without my permission? Will the paid to write sites delete my article as it is considered "duplicated" by the machine checking?
