Ever Replied the Post You Once Replied Because You Forget That?

I almost did that. I see a discussion that interests me. I simply leave a comment then I log out. At the next moment I log in, I saw that discussion again. Seemed that I never replied that. So I just open that discussion, read it (again and unconciously :-p) and by the time I wanted to click "respond to this discussion", I saw my avatar below. What did I do before? OMG, I have replied this! I just forget. Have you experienced this?

I find it really hard to try to keep up with the responses that i get from the discussions that i start as well as i find it hard to keep up with responding backwards and forwards to others discussions that they have started.I try to answer as many peoples discussions as i can, as there are always great discussions to answer without having to look hard to find them to reply to.

LOL pretty funny, I can't say that has happened to me as I am one that reads posted responses before I reply, to make sure I don't duplicate.
I do not believe this has happened but as active as I am I think it is possible.
