Well I like all the super hero movies that come out. But either one of two things is going to happen. It is either going to be really really good like Spider man or X-Men , or it is gonna be a flop like Hulk. Yeah I will go see it if only to see which outcome it will be. By the way, who do they have playing the green lantern? I think that's also important to is who the actor is. Iron man would not have been Iron Man if someone else played him.

The movie better be good or it will mean trouble for future DC hero movies. They better listen to critics of the trailer and work and re-work the movie so that is becomes a huge blockbuster and then we will see our green hero again. This movie has a lot of potential if they don't blow it. I hope they don't!

Thanks Formidexo. I just saw the trailer and it looks pretty good. I was not a Green Lantern fan when I was young. As a kid I mostly liked Batman and Robin until Marvel came along, then I liked Thor. I did buy "Green Lantern" and "The Flash" comic books though. So I will go see the movie or I'll buy the DVD.

I was a collector of all the comics and also liked Flash and Thor and all the rest. Unfortunately in doing house cleaning I just threw all the comics out. What a big mistake!
I think this movie has a lot of potential and a subliminal message as to the whole green revolution that is taking place. I hope they include that in the movie as we need a universal message of saving the earth and the universe. The forces of evil that are out to destroy all life will be defeated. This movie can take a whole bigger proportion if well done.

It might be a decent movie. I haven't been to a movie in a while as not much to see these days. I might go see this one.
