MyLot Beginner Advice?

Hi all. I hope everyone is having a good weekend. I'm relatively new to myLot and have been here for about a day. I made a few posts here and there, but I don't really get how this whole system works. I was wondering, if I had a specific interest of say fantasy football, how would i find that interest? I tried looking in the interest section but was unable to find it. Also, does anyone have any advice for beginners? What to do, how to get the most out of there time here? I've read the FAQ and know a few basic things, but am still confused by the majority. IF anyone could help, that'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You can use the search feature, and earn rewards, to search for topics which might interest you. Insert a word(s) and then highlight 'discussions' and see if you find what you are looking for. As others have said, keep your eye on the FAQs and Guidelines and you will be off to a flying start!

Hi Redgixxer and welcome to myLot! Tere are hundreds of interests, as everybody can create as many interests as they want. I know how difficult is to find the interest you want between all those interests. You still have a chance to find out what you're looking for by using the myLot search bar to perform a search through older discussions. This way you can find older discussions about your interest, and you can also find the interest where they were created. The advice I like to give to each new user, is DISCUSS! MyLot is for discussions, not for questions and answers. So make sure you always come back to the discussions you started, to comment back each response you get. It's great you had time to read the FAQs, if you have any question about them, don't hesitate to ask, you will surelly find the right answer.
