eating rice 4 to 5 times a day it is bad?

i'll always everyday and it is not too much if i eat less than 2 to 3 times. i think it is something bad to my health. i feel over wet my skin although it is not hot. and also i feel something fast beating my heart. im so scared with this. do you think this is bad of eating 4 to 5 times a days?

2to 3 times is okay but eating more than that I think it's not okay... rice is a carbohydrates that gives us energy but too much carbohydrates is bad to our body..

I eat rice 3-4 times a day. It doesn't show coz I'm thin (blame it on metabolism), but I don't think it's bad for my health because I have never had fever for like 4 years or longer. I only get minor cough and colds compared to before. I may be thin but I'm healthier than ever!

One should always eat in moderation.And that too rice should be consumed in absolutely moderate quantities.Eating rice makes one drowsy as it is loaded with carbohydrates.It is not too nutritious and just makes yo bloat and feel drowsy.Hence my advice would be to lessen the quantity of rice you are consuming and instead increase the proteins and vitamins and some fat intake in your diet.

hmmmm...i guess it depends on the energy demand of your body pal. if you have a sedentary lifestyle i think it wont be a good idea.

rice are carbohydrates and has lot of sugar i think thats why doctors asks diabetic people to lessen the intake of the rice. anything you eat too much is bad so just do it in moderation. moderation means 3 cups per day. one for breakfast, lunch and dinner. you may add some tablespoon but not too much so it will be safe for you.

All the asian people are doing it especially chineese so i don't think so, well maybe it has some cons but what doesn't :)

I think that every meal and every ingredient should be eaten in moderation. That way it won't be bad for your health. Rice isn't any different. But you need to consider the possibility that your health problems aren't at all connected to your rice diet. Maybe you should consult with a doctor? Heart problems can be very dangerous, so you should have it checked out.

I think eating rice 2-3 times a day is normal but with not so much salt...
