I am 26 year old unmarried male, a mechanical engineer working professional. I weight a little more around 76kgs (maintain between 75 to 81khs). I work in production department (a manufacturing company), so i am almost active. I sleep well in night around 7 to 8hrs. My eating habits involves all kinds of food from rice to all kinds vegetables, fruits and salads too. I am non-veg lover so eat chicken weekly once and fish 2 times a months but avoid items like beef, mutton, fork, etc bacoz of fat. I also eat egg in form of omelet twice or thrice a week. I avoid food that has potato (and its family), snacks, pizzas and fast food items (but eat very early around once in 2 month). My mother prepares very nutritive food and i mostly eat home made products. But for the past 2 years i frequently (once in 3 or 4 months) get these headaches due to gastic/acidity. It would pain like hell at the back above back neck. I went to Doctor once and he gave me some tablets to get relief form this kind of gastric pain. I got relief. But now it has been frequent and i continue to take those tablets now too and get relieved. How to fight it without tablets? Being active and taking such good nutritive mother made home food, why do i get this gastric headache? I hav heard with many people with gastric pain in stomach, legs and shoulder. But y in head for Me? Please help....
