Want to buy Music system for my mother for Kitchen?

I want to buy a music system for my mother for her to listen in the kitchen. First of all Which brand will suit the best of a music system to be installed in hot oily room like kitchen? My basic requirements are- It should have 4 speakers, surround, woofer, should be able to play DVDs and CDs as well, USB jacks, Memory card jacks and Radio as well. Other characteristics should involve like, since it is installed in kitchen, is in exposed to heat and oil, so it should easily cleanable and should withstand and work properly in such conditions. The system brand should have good service and reasonably priced between $175 to $200 max.(i stay in India so should be no higher than Rs.8000). Please suggest me a good brand for music player which would suit my requirements.
