What do you dream about?

Most of us daydream occasionally, usually of materializing small or bigger changes in our lives or of achieving whatever we think will make us happier. When I was younger, I used to daydream about achieving huge things, make my name known, become if not famous, at least notable in my field. Even earlier than that, I used to dream of travels and adventures. Of course, conquering a love interest, romantic long-term relationships etc have been a concurrent theme in many of these daydreamings. Now, I usually daydream about my future children. I have many times imagined what they will look like, their names, even their personalities, likes and dislikes. Sometimes I am afraid that, by imagining so many details of the children I don't yet have, when I actually am a parent, I might try to behave in a way that fits more than with my pre-constructed image than with reality. What do you dream about, when you allow your mind to wander? And how are your dreams different from when you were younger?

I dream of wonderful holidays, earning wealth and enjoying great health.I want good for all those near and dear to me.Unlike you since i have children i dream of good future for them. When i was a lot younger i would dream of being in a good position but experience has tempered down my ambition to those things that i can achieve.

Yes, it's amazing how getting older makes our dreams more realistic and our wishes simpler.
