I need to exercise, but I just can't find time!

Maybe I am just to lazy to find time to stretch and exercise. Today I certainly scheduled it but I ended up with muscle pains, joint pain involvement, and a little of ankle soreness. I always knew of its advantages, but I am busy (or lazy:o)and couldn't find time to do it! But really, I badly want it daily..

Welcome to mylot friend When ever we start some kind of exercises it involves muscles, so pain is natural, but if you keep doing, it goes away in few days.. i am 65,i have diabetic and other health issues, so to keep myself fit, i do some yogic breathing exercises in the morning, because burning sensation in soles of feet, i walk on a virtul walking machines that shakes my legs.. Maybe incorporate it into your daily routine. Like, while you are washing clothes, go climb up and down the stairs or something. Or a brisk walk while the clothes dry. Or while dinner is in the oven, etc. Or walk to work or on your lunch break. I would find something easy, and if you are sore, make sure you have good exercise shoes, and start at the beginning. We all need to exercise, and it is hard to scrape the time together, but if you seek it out, it will work. I have seen "The Firm" videos. They are made for people spare on time. I haven't done them yet, but always wanted to order "The Wave".

I think you should start slow and with music that you like and work on yourself, tell you that you gonna make it, start easily don't kill yourself on the beaging cause than you will not wanna do it any more. Think about the results the good thing it will do for you - you will look better, feel better, and healthier. Think only on the good side, and do it slow so you will not heart yourself.. What kind of exercise is it? i am a fitness guide my be i can help a bit.. :)

Even I am lazy to do exercises and second this is very cold here in morning. So I do small exercises in my bed room. I do a little yoga. It is good to make it a routine. I think some people make it their habit that is why they are so much healthy. We need a lot of commitment and will power to do that. I wish you best of luck so that you can succeed in making it your habit.
