Off-menu Orders

Some people go to a fast food restaurant and the person behind them is like, "Is that even on the menu?" It's referred to as an off-menu order. What's able to be ordered varies by state, store et cetera. Here's the BIG question: Do you order off the menu? If so, what's your vice? My off-menu guilty pleasure is a frozen Café au lait from Burger King. It's comprised of coffee and vanilla milkshake.
