How to get list of emails?

My one friend want to expand his business.. He needs email ids in bulk so that he can send emails about his business.. does any one know how is it possible? even if professional solution..

Don't send unsolicited e-mails... It may seem easy to simply run a mail blast to a list of addresses, but your friend will end up with a bad reputation for being a spammer and the business will be perceived to be unethical. If your friend only wants more genuine visitors, he should invest time and patience in search engine optimization (SEO) of his website. There are simple rules that assist in moving a site up the search engine ranks, but the results will not be instantaneous.
