Problem in Nokia 1616 model

Hello friend, this is a software issue. I've worked around 2 years in a store for cell phones and services, so i can tell you for sure what the problem is. I was not a specialist about problems with phones, but i have seen so many broken phones and our guys, who were making restores always told us what the issue is and the reason for the same problem, so we could explain to our clients. It might be a problem for the model, sometimes they sell a batch of broken phones, who work at first, but then they give issue, so at first, when the company sell that model to the shops they don't know about the future problems. We had the same situation, where we sold many models of Ericsson, it was still a new model and after that after so many sold, we had to send them to Ericsson again to fix the problem with the phones. And we had few of the model left in the store, so Ericsson changed all we had left as new. If the phone has guarantee you have to bring it to the store where you bought it from. There they will know what they have to do. To give it to their own service station or to change the phone. Here in my country the guarantee rules are big of insolent and little cruel, because they say that you have to keep your phone without any outlook problems, like a trace from stoke or like that. The truth is that with the electronics always can happen something, but the shops who sell the electronics don't have to be blamed about this problems. Everything happen. At first something works, and after that it has problems. How would some store sell you a brand new and unused phone, if they checked it for issues and used it before to check for problems? That has no sense. I'm sure that when you give money you want something to be new and you to be the first user. This is why the stores has their own service stations.

You need not worry about this as this isn`t a big issue. Its just a software problem which can be easily cured. Simply take it to the service centre and get it cured. Just relax as it is not problem of the model 1616 but may be the problem of your set only.
