Swagbucks tips?

Does anybody have any swagbuck tips? My buddy was trying to tell me about a great way to score swag bucks but I simply have no idea what he is talking about. Can you decipher this information?
You can basically find anything linked to swagbucks (movie sites, google theme skins, etc.) and if you give some one a link, it will take the m to a page where they have to do one search and you get around 200 swagbucks from them using the theme/ skin that was linked through swagbucks.
What is this guy talking about?! I have asked him several questions but this is the best response I have gotten out of him. He is a good friend, so I know he is not trying to scam me but there is much lost in the translation when our convesations are in text. Does this make sense to anybody else? I am at a total loss, but this sounds awesome!
Maybe if I get a fresh pair of eyes on it...

I have no idea what kind of tactic that is for making swagbucks... All i do to earn swagbucks is vote once every day in the daily poll and then use it as my search engine. Easy money..
