I have been using mspaint and movie maker, and kdenlive and kolourpaint for a few months now, but I picked up this thing called anima8or and creatoon and it's a little harder with these tools, there's also something called "synfig" that I want to learn too but it's all really difficult, i have been doing animation with garden gnomes and jpegs for awhile it's on morphoidbunnyandfriends at blogspot dot com if anyone is interested in it. Thank you for any information, and if you run into the cartoon, you can give comments or suggestions or create your own this way. Have a great day.

Use Adobe Products :) Flash and Flex can make a very good combo for animation. You can download video tutorials from torrents. You will get a lot of video tutorials about flash and flex video tutorials in Lynda.com or TotalTraining.com. Else the best way is to join some animation course. Try registering in minglebox :) cheers... Happy Animating :)

i suggest you better take an animation course. else you could learn it by your own research. try to buy a book and study and apply every lesson. that is what i do if i dont know a thing; i research, study and apply.
