iam in ptc sites and make some good income..just wanna kow anyone is withdrawing money using paypal...what it takes like personal payments what are rules....and moreover whats purpose code etc

firstly you need to have verified paypal account to withdraw money in India. you just have to link your paypal to your account and request for transferring money to your bank account you can do it using your debit or credit card.

Yes. Life is correct. I did my first withdrawal without verifying my paypal account. After few months paypal allowed indians to verify using bank account. So immediately i made the verification process.
