X Box Kinact

Have any of you got or used the new Kinect for the X Box 360. I have bought one for my son for Christmas and am just hoping that he will enjoy it.

Hiya chem, I have seen this all over the Television when I look at the adverts but have no idea how good they are or not. However if you have bought it for Christmas then he must be using it by now. How is it going him using it I mean is it working well? They look fun gadgets anyway.

It is FANTASTIC!!! How clever it is!! It really gets you fut too.I bought him the Sports Game and he must have lost pounds in all the activity he's done on it1!

His face was a picture when he opened it because he had no idea he was getting it, it was really worth the money to see the look on his face!!

It sounds like it will be fun. Box had to do something to compete with the Wii. We have a Wii here and enjoy it. I am sure thatt your son will enjoy this....and you will too. haha

Kinect is the new attachment for he Xbox 360 and according to Microsoft 'brings games and entertainment to life in extraordinary new ways with no controller required'.!! Works rather like the Wii but with no controllers, it is a sensor that recognizes you and responds to your movements. box. Wii-like? Yes. Fun? Soooooo much more fun than any Wii game I've played. That Kinect can track your every move -- your hands, head, arms, feet, hips, EVERYTHING. There are all types of games and sports etc that you can purchase for it.It comes with the Kinect Adventures game.

I only tried this at the local train station. That was the Kincet on Tour event they made. I could try this out and the game Kinect Joy Ride was running. I thought it was really fun. I actullay even beat the woman that was actually working there. So I'm pretty sure that your son will have fun with Kinect too.

I hope so,he's not asked for it but it looks his sort of thing and I've bought him the sports game to go with it too
