You must give your dog a deworming medicine as soon as posible. If your dog is from a small breed, he can die from such a masive infestation with parasites. In my country anybody can buy a deworming pill from petshops. I don't know how things go in your country and I don't know any home remedy against worms. Go ask a vet about this problem, it's an emergency.

Your puppy needs to see the vet right away like the others have said. If he was popping them, then you could treat them yourself, but right now, it is way beyond that point. Also, talk to the vet when you go in and see what you can do to help prevent them from happening again. Sometimes, it could be something they eat. Hope this helps and I hope your pup is better very, very soon!!

In other side you should be happy that the worm gets rid on your puppies womb. Did you know that if it stays there your puppy could die just like mine? Bring your puppy to vet to have it deworming, the vet will give you a medicine and drops for the puppy.

pooping worms is normal but puking them out? omg... you need to get your dog dewormed asap. that's the worst parasite infestation I've heard. keep us posted.

Have you tried asking your vet? Personally, I've never heard of a dog puking worms, only crapping them out. You need to get your pup de-wormed. And you need a vet for that.
