science suggests that when you smile, whether you feel happy or not, your mood will be elevated. So smile all the time. Or you may sit down and relax, start thinking about your family. Start thinking about your favorite things, about your friends; your best friend will be your shoulder to cry on. Just be yourself!

Your post remind me of a proverb.it is like saying:life is like a mirror,you smile at it,it smiles to you,vice versa.

Very good advice ! Yes, we all have to go through all the ups and downs in the course of the life time. That is life. Smiling and relaxing are the best ways to get rid of the stresses that torture us. Find the way which you feel most relaxing and making you happy !
