Zero, I don't count my water intake and I rarely drink in front of my PC because I'm a clumsy person and I may spill water on my desktop.

well your better drink water while infront of your pc because you get dehydrated using your eyes in reading etc. thats why we lose weight fast infront of pc.

Lose weight? I drink lots of water but not in front of my PC. Anyway, you mean water weight? water retention is dependent on the hormones that regulate it like ADH and aldosterone. Dehydration is not really a problem to me. I lose more water playing basketball than in front of my PC. Who told you that you lose more water in front of a PC? what is your proof?

I think I drink about 3 glasses of water per day, 1 or 2 for breakfast and 1 for lunch. I usually take my breakfast and lunch in front of the computer, that's why. I am not really a water person so I just drink liquids when eating.
