I had my first mobile phone when I was in college. That is my mom's gift to me when I passed a difficult exam. I lost it while I was in a computer shop. I was so depressed when I got home. My family did not scold me. Instead, they say I was still lucky because nothing bad happened with me. During that time many was getting killed because of mobile phones. I could not express how much sadness I have. I feel like I lost a very important part of me. I feel alone because I don't have numbers of those people who are connected with me via my phone. Somehow I feel I am out of this world because I lose connections especially to those friends of mine who are very far from me. How about you? what did you feel about it?

I had my first cellphone in the 90s and to tell you honestly, there's been too many cellphones that I've owned and I am proud to say that I have never lost a single one of them. I don't know if it's just me or my attitude, but I was never a victim of theft or any kind of loss before! I'm very good at taking good care of my things!

The first mobile I had was FLY V60i . It was a very low budget phone but at that time that was what my family could afford me . It was during the year I joined college . Once I had to travel in a extremely crowded bus with heavy luggage . There was no place for me to even stand and I had to hold two heavy suitcases . But I managed it pretty well . When the bus pulled over for a stop , everyone wanted to get out at once and there was a mini stampede inside . All over people were falling on one another and I too had the same story . But finally when I got down from the bus to my horror I noticed that my mobile had been confiscated . That was one of the sad days of my life .

Yeah I agree with that . And a few months after I lost my Fly , I was gifted a Nokia 3110c by my parents , and its my most dearest thing in the world at the moment . Though this one too is a low budget phone , I love each and everything present in it and even after three years of using it , I am not fed up with it and not interested to upgrade this with a higher model mobile :)

Hi, Two years back on 27th November 2008 I lost my cellphone. It was raining heavily and I was trying to cross a water-clogged road. While crossing road, I dropped it somewhere and lost it. That is the only time I lost my cellphone. It was my first cellphone Nokia1100 and have used it for more than 3 years by then. Though now i have smartphones, but being first is always special. And i miss my special cellphone

hi krishkhedar, it is true. My first cellphone has a sentimental value for me because it is my mom's gift for me. Well, that was also the only time that I lost a cellphone. Nothing follows after that. I already learned from my mistake and I think that what's count the most.

I have never really lost any cellphone, at least to the point where I didn't get them back. One phone in particular had fallen out of my purse onto the walmart parking lot, and fortunately, I got it back the dame day. I am usually very carefyl to make sure that I don't lose my cellphones, but the purse I had at that time, wasn't a very good one, and when I would open it, things would fall out of it. Now, I have a different phone, and a different purse, so that won't happen, and sometimes I put it in my coat pocket in the winter. If the pocket isn't deep though, I will zip it up into my purse so it won't fall out. Cellphones are just to expensive to be losing them. Take care, and have a very good day.

hi rosekiss, I remember a friend with your post. He often lost his cellphone because it always slip on the pocket of his pants. Well, he said sometimes he is so busy and so preoccupied with many things. Because of his attitude, he just stick with cellphones which are considered an old model.

I am sorry to hear your story. I also use cellphone. My cellphone is not expensive and good too. Addition, I take care of it because it's very important for me. I have save a lot of contact to my phone so that I don't want to lost it. I also backup all my contact to my computer, that is the best way when we had a problem or lose our phone. Hope you will buy another cellphone soon. Have a good day.

hi phong, Although it is good to be updated with the latest brand of cellphone, it is also a good thing to stay with the simple ones. As for me, I am not much into fashion. What matter is that I can have a mobile phone which can be use to call or text the people around me and for me to get connected always with them. Happy mylotting!

hi chowee, I am always afraid of drunkard people. I remember before, while I was walking on the street along with my classmates, we met a group of drunkard men. We were so afraid since it is already night time. What we did is that we walk fast to avoid them. Thanks God that some people are still awake that time and lights on the post are ok. I understand what you feel. I also cried when I found out that I lost my cellphone.
