can you forgive those peolple you love who hurts you so much?

I couldn't and I really thought it was impossible. I know that peace you want cause I think I have it now so I can say it's possible. It was so hard but the advice I received from a very wise man was that by doing it I'm not saying what they did was right, and I'm being bad to me not to them. The tip from him was to me picture them and tell them that I love them, that I forgive them and ask for forgiveness too...It took about 2 months of daily repeats. I actually think I learn how to forgive them in 1 month but I kept going, my anger towards them was chasing me for 12 years...Now it's gone. I'm actually a happier person. Please try.

I can definitely forgive them, that's how much I love them. And, people make mistakes. What good can we get if we can't forgive the people we love? Its going to be very sad, we'll be missing those happy times we've spent with them. We don't want to be thinking about what they have done wrong every time we see them, it'll only make us ugly! And we don't want that either, eh?! :D I agree with you, too, that forgiving helps us to have the peace of mind...

I think forgiveness is a good virtue, yes, I will forgive them as long as they repent their misdeeds and show evidence that they will not put me in the same pain.
