FIFA/Fif Pro World XI-The best squad of the year

This award was presented for the first time last year in FIFA World Player Gala. The names are chosen by 50,000 footballers across the world to choose the best players in all positions. The result will be announced in January 2011. I don't want to choose from this list, but if I have to I will do it:
GK: Petr Cech,
Defenders: Lahm, Lucio, Vidic, Bale
Midfield:Muller, Xavi, Iniesta, Schweinsteiger
Attack: Messi, Forlan
I would like to have Manuel Neuer in the goal, why is he not nominated? I consider him one of the best, certainly better this year than Buffon or van der Saar.
