rating or responding?

I do both. I respond to people and I rate posts. The only way I don't respond is if: what I am posting is going to cause a repeat comment, the post is complete useless or is a repeat post, or after reading all the details I just decide not to respond. I do rate every post I respond to, most of the ones I read. I give negative ratings to all posts that are repeats and I do report people as MyLot requested.
