Hard to express yourself???

Sometimes there are people who cant express his or her self to other people. Have you experience this before or you are one of them? Getting hard to express yourself and feelings to other?

Yes there are people with the same problem, they have idea but hard and unable to express. Some admit that shame and imperiority complex are the problem, some are just like that. In my opinion, I'm to recless expressing all things about me but sometimes will resulted to me a bad... see you around

I usually have no problem expressing myself but there are times when I speak English that the a word just escapes me..."It's in the tip of my tongue..." syndrome^^
